America, America, oh how we come together in our hour of need. The patriotism that showed through recruiting posters such as the one shown above portray that when the going gets tough, the tough get going (much like these blogs). This war, WWI, was the first main example of America as a whole coming together for battle and uniting under ONE flag. In the Civil war, brother fought brother, but now, the brothers fight together against one power. Hail to the flag!
