Italy, weak and worn, comes under the influence of Mussolini. Mussolini, becoming swayed by Hitler, becomes allied in world war II. Anxiety was high in Italy, seeing as how war was eminent and Italy was already upset that they did not get any spoils of world war II. An angry leader is a reckless leader, and a country led by such is nothing but a hot spot for fear and danger. World war II, here we come!
